system.In this newly created role, you will join Nasdaq's digital
assets team. As part of our mission, we are developing products and
services for institutional investors that span custody, trading,
risk management and other related services for digital assets. As
the Head of Sales, you will take ownership of a core revenue
generating function. Leaning on your industry and expertise, you
will have direct ownership over sales, GTM strategies, pipeline
generation, meeting revenue targets, supporting client feedback for
product requirements, and establish relationships across the
financial services, technology, Fintech and digital assets
sectors.We are looking for an individual who has a real passion for
the rapidly evolving cryptocurrencies and digital asset markets in
general, and experience with product management in Fintech,
Banking, Crypto, custody, Financial Services or other similar
products.Role OverviewThis role will be a senior and foundational
contributor to expanding Nasdaq's position in digital assets. This
position will lead the sales team working with clients, business
leadership, product and partners. We are building a Sales team of
highly motivated self-starters who make data-driven decisions and
can clearly communicate their vision and plans to clients.Your role
and responsibilities
- Develop growth strategies for verticals and strategic
institutional accounts leveraging industry contacts and new segment
penetration strategies
- Hire and scale strategic and high-performing sales and
relationship management teams.
- Definition of firm targets and drive the execution of exceeding
the defined sales, product, revenue, and growth targets.
- Develop programs and processes to accelerate sales team
productivity and exceed targets including forecasting tools, sales
operations, analytics growing revenue over the next 12-18
months
- Develop expert knowledge of Nasdaq Digital Assets products and
understanding of client workflows for further adoption of digital
assets
- Ability to communicate core value proposition with clients,
prospects and partners
- Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, legal, product,
compliance, and other teams to develop and steer client growth
- Support customer feedback to help define the requirements and
strategic roadmap for multiple Nasdaq Digital Asset products within
the business line
- Engage in proactive industry and user research to better
understand the crypto ecosystem as it relates to our client's
evolving needs
- Be an ambassador for the brand and communityYou may be a fit

- 7+ years of experience in building, scaling and managing sales
in Fintech, highly technical products
- You have proven success leading and scaling an enterprise or
institutional sales team selling into financial institutions and
fintechs
- You have experience managing and incentivizing various sales
functions
- You have experience collecting customer feedback supporting

$139,200 - $232,100. In addition to base salary, Nasdaq provides a
generous annual bonus/commission (short-term incentive), and equity

growth. Exact compensation may vary based on several job-related
factors that are unique to each candidate, including but not
limited to: skill set, experience, education/training, business
