Job Description:
We are looking for a Regional Vice President (RVP) of Sales to
play a critical role with our energetic and talented sales &
customer team. The RVP of Sales will lead the sales development,
strategy and oversee all revenue efforts for their specified
region. The ideal candidate must be able to develop and execute a
focused sales strategy. Digital Remedy is a digital media

challenges, or customer needs Digital Remedy is looking for an
accomplished RVP of Sales to join our fast growing Sales team. We
are looking for a person with a passion for digital media, a desire
to be at the leading edge of technological change in the digital
media industry and the ability to learn and contribute quickly.
Responsibilities
- Hire, train and manage your region's revenue team. -
- Assist your sales team so that they hit quarterly/annual sales
goals through mentoring, introductions, coaching, advising, and
training. -
- Hold sales team accountable and devise plans to ensure sellers
exceed activity in market.
- Build a strategic framework around leveraging your network to
build strategic partnerships to help your sales team achieve their
goals.
- Conduct weekly meetings with your region, updating on best
practices, collateral, company news and next steps in addition to
being an active presenter in bi-weekly all revenue meetings. -
- Attend weekly meetings with CRO to update on progress and
region needs. -
- Develop and execute an envisioned and focused sales strategy
and roadmap. -
- -Where needed, act as a main point of contact for client
communication, including New Business Pitches, KPI reviews, budget
proposals, etc. -
- Liaise with internal and external senior leadership regarding
RFPs, new business opportunities and strategies. -
- Identify strategic recommendations and up-sell opportunities
for overarching sales portfolio.
- Work with marketing to devise regional events and networking
opportunities that are a must attendance for Digital Remedy.
- Monitor execution and work with internal and external teams to
maximize performance.
- Leverage data reporting, tracking and best practices for key
strategic refinement.
- Work with the sales and client services team to significantly
grow existing business and break into new accounts.
- Help build the sales team holistically, including team
composition and recruitment, sales process development, performance
and metric management, product collaboration and leadership. -
- Partner with the Marketing Team to identify, articulate, and
create necessary materials and assets to execute focused sales
strategy.Our Ideal Candidate
- BA/BS degree preferred. -8-10 years of experience working at a
media sales organization selling brand advertising campaigns,
mobile experience a plus. -
- 3-5 years of experience managing a sales team in a media
organization. -
- A strong set of existing relationships with brands and agencies
at all levels.
- Proven track record of building relationships with
media/advertising industry. -
- Deep understanding of the programmatic advertising and
advertising ecosystems. -
- 2-3 years of experience selling programmatic advertising or
educating brands, agencies and media companies about programmatic
advertising preferred. -
- Experience in or have a passion for advertising.
- Exceptional consultative and solution-driven relationship
skills. -
- High energy, self-motivated and passionate about working in a
fast-paced, ever-changing environment. -
- Expertise in developing/refining all sales and sales operations
efforts. -
- Proven ability to operate effectively in a highly technical
environment & work collaboratively with the technical development,
Marketing, Finance, Product and Operations teams.
- Possess a book of business in the Digital/Ad
Tech/Agency/Advertising or related verticals.
- Strong customer service skills - promoting customer
satisfaction, resolution, and loyalty. -
- Superior verbal and written communication and presentation
skills. -
- Results oriented, accountable, strong work ethic and a strong
team player. -
- Outstanding computer skills including Excel, Word, PowerPoint,
and CRM systems. -
- Excellent communication, negotiation, persuasion, and
partnering skills, experience with public speaking, able to deliver
presentations with high level decision-makers and represent Digital
Remedy at events. -
- Budgeting and forecasting experience is a must. -
- Strong desire to help grow a company and help it dominate the
market. -
