Job Description:
- Prepare list of events in NYC and attend and represent
Perpetual at these events
- Develop a detailed understanding of the features and benefits
of the product/ service
- Conduct market research to evaluate gaps, opportunities, and
needs
- Research and recommend prospects for new business
opportunities
- Seek new opportunities through networking, cold calling, and
social media channels
- Research and analyze sales options and channels
- Establish new business connections and partnerships
- Proactively reach out to potential customers to build
relationships
- Meet with potential clients to determine their needs
- Prepare sales materials from existing case studies and project
raw materials
- Prospect leads and contact them to pitch or products and
services
- Set up meetings with prospective clients
- Present product and service demonstrations to prospective
clients
- Negotiate contracts to arrive at the best deal for the client
and organization
- Work towards achieving the sales targets
- Take feedback from customers and share it with with operating
team
- Collaborate with internal teams to achieve better results
- Set up sales infrastructure including pipeline management tools
and/or CRM
- Participate in conferences, exhibitions, and industry meet-ups
for business development
- Maintain sales reporting and review performance
- Good communicator and relationship builder
- Understanding of different marketing channels and how sales
ties into them
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented, desire to deliver
results
- Ability to create and deliver presentations showcasing
Perpetual's differentiators and service offering
- Knowledge of CRM or sales management software
- Understanding of negotiating techniques and marketing
tactics
- Self-motivated professional with a result-oriented
approach
- Effective communication skills and great presentation
