Cents is modernizing the garment care businesses by providing an all- in- one business- in- a- box platform to help operators start, manage, and grow their business. By building a SaaS (software-as-a-service) product for this industry, our goal is to outsource America's laundry day to the local laundromats. About the JobCents is revolutionizing how laundromat owners use software. As a Territory Field Account Executive, you will use a consultative approach to prospect, build relationships, and sign up new operators in your local area. By understanding their unique needs, you will develop a customized solution that helps their business thrive. We need your passion and expertise to help us build the Cents brand in your geographic territory. What You'll Do

  • Generate list of prospective laundromats and leverage marketing leads to manage the entire sales cycle from initial call to close
  • Prospect, visit, cold walk in, and conduct demos in personSpend up to 75% of your time in the field developing relationships with our ICP and selling to them
  • Work collaboratively with cross functional teams that are focused on building and iterating on these products and the sales process behind them
  • Leverage our Salesforce CRM to manage all sales activities and assist in the handoff to the CSM team
  • Help us create and iterate on an internal playbook for future sales people, to ensure the company's success
  • Gather and communicate operator feedback to upper management to ensure the product matches the customers' needs and understand the competitive landscape to determine how to best position Cents in the marketAbout You
    • Highly skilled in discovery, requirements gathering, needs analyses and price negotiations.
    • A consistent track record of exceeding KPIs and quotas
    • A highly driven, collaborative, and optimistic personality
    • The ability to move the conversation in a mutually beneficial direction
    • The desire and ability to learn from feedback and constantly improve
    • Creative, persistent and passionate about sales
    • Comfortable working in a scaling startup environment and adapt quickly
    • Value collaboration and thrive in ambiguity
    • Tech-savvy and navigate sales and internal tools quicklyQualifications
      • 2+ years in a field sales role (preferably SaaS)
      • 2+ years of experience working with Salesforce and
      • Prior experience leading an end-to-end sales cycle preferably in SaaS sales, solutions, or implementations
      • Prior experience working with existing clients to upsell, cross-sell, or expand
