preferences. Perform market analysis and develop competitive
pricing strategies for sellers. Negotiate contracts and offers,
ensuring clients' interests are well-represented. Coordinate
transactions, managing paperwork, inspections, appraisals, and
repairs. Stay informed about local market trends, regulations, and
industry developments. Deliver exceptional customer service,
fostering long-term client relationships. Collaborate with team
members, sharing knowledge and resources to achieve team goals.
Attend networking events to expand your professional network and
generate leads. Qualifications: Strong relationship-building skills
to uncover client needs and find new sales opportunities. Ability
to quickly learn real estate-specific CRM and marketing/lead
technologies. Organizational skills with excellent time management.
Driven to succeed in sales and life. Exceptional phone skills for
setting and closing appointments. Valid real estate license in
Pennsylvania, with knowledge of state laws and ethics. Excellent
verbal and written communication skills. In-depth understanding of
the Greater Philadelphia real estate market. Customer-centric

real estate software, CRM systems, and MLS platforms. Ability to
handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced
