Job Description
As a Regional Sales Manager with GWC Warranty, you will coach a team responsible for ensuring executional excellence in meeting daily activity metrics and the achievement of monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue budgets. This is your chance to recruit, train, and build your dream team of rock stars that will follow your lead in developing long-lasting and mutually beneficial relationships with our dealer partners. As a Regional Sales Manager, you will be held accountable for: Retention of your dealer base, retention of your team members, and overall revenue goals, to name a few. Through your leadership, you will develop them not just to deliver, but to deliver exceptional results by holding themselves personally accountable. In this fast-paced, exciting role, you will receive all of the tools you need to be successful including technology to meet your daily needs.
Job Responsibilities
Lead a sales team of 10-12 Dealer Consultants within an assigned region and drive accountability of activity metrics to exceed revenue targets Coach and develop Dealer Consultants on value proposition, sales process and available products Conduct weekly field visits with Dealer Consultants and customers Execute on collection strategy to maximize monthly targets 80% overnight travel throughout assigned region required

Job Requirements Bachelor degree preferred or 5 to 6 years of related industry experience Auto industry related outside sales experience required 2-3 years of previous management/leadership of sales professionals, preferably in a remote setting Previous experience in prospecting and acquiring new business Ability to sit for extended periods of time due to heavy travel Must also possess a valid driver s license and a clean driving record at all times Must travel over night 80% throughout assigned region Must possess a hunger for professional excellence! Only self-driven, high performing sales professionals will do! Must be able to successfully pass a pre-employment drug screen and a comprehensive background check Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
