Job DescriptionSummary:This position is primarily responsible for selling Enterprise Grade Internet, Cloud, Voice and Unified Communications solutions to businesses within an assigned territory. Essential Duties and Responsibilities:Core duties and responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

  • Every business in assigned territory is a prospect as virtually every business today must connect to quality internet. Xchange uniquely builds and supplies quality internet in the buildings within NYC that are lacking (legacy copper buildings – approx 90% of NYC buildings). Xchange solutions significantly upgrade the business environment for the buildings we invest building our network into.
  • Engage with prospects and customers in assigned territory.
  • Propose and close internet, voice, unified communications (UC) and cloud IT solutions to businesses.
  • Overcome most common objections – that although Xchange is a large company with 26,000 customers and over 100 employees, we are not as well known as Verizon or Cable. Competencies:To perform the job successfully, an individual should demonstrate the following competencies:

COMPENSATION:-Competitive base salary and lucrative, uncapped commission plan EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE:-Bachelor's degree (B.
