Sales Development Representative (Patient Engagement)

Job Description:

Phreesia is looking for a Sales Development Representative (SDR) to focus on identifying highly qualified leads for the Patient Messaging Sales team at media agencies and pharmaceutical clients. This candidate will hunt new business opportunities through proprietary research and outbound prospecting via phone and email.SDRs cultivate interest in Phreesia and set-up live meetings and product demos for our Sales Directors and Agency Relationship Managers. SDRs will also assist our Sales team with responding to requests for proposals and participating in media day events.SDR efforts will increase awareness of Phreesia and grow the Patient Messaging pipeline.Responsibilities: Identify qualified leads to achieve company objectives and strategic goalsResearch and develop targeted lead lists based on ideal customer profilesLeverage phone, email, & social media to generate qualified new leadsEngage new and existing agencies and clients to drive Phreesia awareness, demand, and preferenceQualify prospects for Agency Relationship Managers & Sales DirectorsIdentify key buying influencers within decision makersMaintain daily outreach activities in SalesforceProvide basic platform demo and capabilities to agency prospects and clientsAct as coordinator for agency and group eventsUtilize Salesforce email tools for broad-scale agency outreachManage ongoing communication with agencies (newsletter, relevant articles, etc.)Support Patient Messaging sales quotaManage and update all activities, leads, and contacts in Salesforce Qualifications: Bachelor's degree1-2 years of experience with demonstrated success in a relevant Sales/Marketing role or training programExperience managing a pipeline within a CRM software tool such as Salesforce.comNew business development and lead generation experience a plusSolid organizational skills with ability to multi-taskDetermined self-starterStrong interpersonal and communication skillsExcellent presentation & product demonstration skillsMedia Agency or healthcare experience preferred We strive to provide a diverse and inclusive environment and are an equal opportunity employer.Phreesia would like to thank all applicants for submitting their resume, however, only applicants selected to be interviewed will be contacted.
