Job Description Part-Time Creative Marketer (NYC-Based) 10–15 hours/week | $20-25/hr | Hybrid (Remote Occasional NYC shoots) The Roebling Group , a boutique NYC real estate firm, is hiring a part-time Creative Marketing Assistant to help write and turn our weekly newsletter and market insights into clean, polished social media content. This is an execution design role for someone who wants real-world portfolio pieces. What You’ll Do Turn our weekly newsletter into: Instagram carousels LinkedIn long-form post 1 short reel (using photos, b-roll, or simple animation) 2–4 Twitter/X posts Google My Business update Design graphics using our brand templates (Canva/Figma) Capture occasional NYC b-roll or stills (UWS, Greenpoint, Brooklyn) Organize content assets in Google Drive Maintain a simple weekly content calendar What We’re Looking For Strong design instincts (portfolio required) Basic proficiency with Canva, Figma, or Adobe Comfortable taking photos/video with your phone Understands clean, minimal design and visual hierarchy Reliable, independent, and thrives with light direction Interest in NYC, real estate, architecture, or lifestyle branding (a plus) Who You Are NYU / Parsons / FIT / Hunter / Baruch student Studying design, communications, marketing, digital media, or related You want real-world work that will level up your portfolio You can turn raw text into strong visual content To Apply Send to ccohen@roeblinggroup.com Portfolio or IG/TikTok that shows your design sense 2–3 examples of graphics or carousels you’ve made A short note (3–4 sentences) about your experience
