Job Description About Kairos Physio Kairos Physio is a boutique
concierge practice located on Madison Avenue in the Upper East
Side. We blend orthopedic physical therapy with preventative care
to help high-performing clients live strong, age well, and stay
injury-free. Our model emphasizes prevention, longevity, and
clinical precision in a private studio setting. The Role We’re
seeking a motivated and experienced Doctor of Physical Therapy who
values the power of exercise as medicine. This is a part-time
position (1–2 weekday Saturday options) with a strong opportunity
to expand into full-time as we continue to grow. This role is ideal
for a clinician who is: Currently employed but looking to add
supplemental hours . Passionate about strength training, sports
performance, and long-term wellness care . Excited to work with a
highly engaged, motivated clientele (finance, law, real estate,
athletics). Interested in career growth in a concierge, cash-based
model. Responsibilities Deliver one-on-one concierge physical
therapy sessions (evaluation treatment). Provide preventative care
in the form of personal training and long-term fitness programming.
Oversee injury prevention and wellness care plans. Integrate
strength & conditioning into treatment sessions. Collaborate with
the team on client case progression. Qualifications Doctor of
Physical Therapy (DPT) required. Active NY State license in good
standing. Strong background in exercise prescription, strength &
conditioning, or OCS/CSCS preferred. Minimum 1 years of outpatient
orthopedic/sports experience. Excellent communication skills;
ability to build strong rapport with a motivated clientele.
Compensation $60 to $68/hour starting rate, with bonus in centives.
Flexi ble part-time hours with the option to transition into
