Job Description:
Job DescriptionDo work that matters. Help make a dent in
healthcare by removing misery from information flow. We are seeking
a self-driven, talented individual who is energized by the unknown
and can manage multiple priorities to execute to a plan.
Responsibilities
- Manage and coordinate inbound interests from employers and
providers. Drive conversions to subscribers. Recruit and manage
staff as the company grows.
- Plan feature set for the product development team to deliver
and strategize to create an effective roadmap
- Analyze market competition by comparing competitor products
with BlueHive.
- Develop and manage a project plan for all BlueHive activities
to ensure adherence to budget, schedule, and scope of
project/product plan.
- Lead and manage the internal BlueHive team to meet deadlines,
project plans, quarterly objectives, and key results.
- Identify issues and develop follow-up procedures to ensure
problems are resolved and communicated to stakeholders in a timely
manner.
- Utilize and manage communications in the ticketing system to
resolve program issues.
- Ability to succeed in a dynamic and distributed team
environment where some portion of the team is physically co-located
while others attend remotely via various collaboration technologies
(Skype, Slack, WebEx).
- Coordinate regular meetings with project stakeholders to assign
and complete work as defined in the project plan.
- Ensure all documentation is housed in a common location and
referenced regularly to ensure compliance among stakeholders.
- Coordinate "debriefing meetings" with project stakeholders to
identify successes and failures, perform a root cause analysis of
failures, and document recommendations for updating existing best
practices based on lessons learned.
- Contribute to ongoing growth and development of BlueHive
organizational process assets.Qualifications/Skills
- Must be a creative, intuitive, outside-the-box thinker with
entrepreneurial abilities.
- A professional with a strong background in project management,
preferably in the software and/or healthcare industry.
- Ability to translate customer business requirements into
project specifications
- Strong interpersonal skills with an ability to clearly
communicate with professional clients and stakeholders of all
levels.
- Willingness and experience to hold project stakeholders
accountable for meeting project expectations
- Experience with project management tools
- Team leadership abilities and management know-how
- Track record of delivering product deployments on time and on
budget Education and Certifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent education and experience
- PMP certification is a plus. Working knowledge of project
management software Physical and mental requirements
- Walking, standing, bending, stooping, reaching, moderate
lifting and carrying up to 30 pounds
- Full range of body motion including manual and finger dexterity
and eye-hand coordination
- Requires corrected vision and hearing to normal range
- Ability to sit at a computer workstation for extended periods
of time
- Ability to focus on detail and accuracy of work product.

- Training and crash course on BlueHive existing status
- Establish EHR push and incentives
- Develop short-term objectives for the first quarter.
- Familiarize yourself with the existing customers and
communicate the appropriate channels for submitting support
requests.
- 60 days
- Develop a budget for goals for the next quarter
- Handle inbound Business Development inquiries
- Coordinate with legal to refine existing Click Thru agreements
(terms, privacy, etc) to reflect offerings as they change
- Work with marketing to develop an inbound employer market
plan
- 90 days
- Execute on short term objectives defined in the first 30
days
- Establish 2nd quarterly OKRs and get board approval.
