Description Position at The King's College Position Job Title:Assistant Director of Admissions - RemoteLocation:The King's CollegeReports To:Director of EnrollmentJOB SUMMARYCampus Support is an educational service company that provides a portfolio of support services in the post-secondary education sector. Campus Support designs and develops educational programs for colleges, universities, and other traditional campus partner institutions at all levels of post-secondary education. Campus Support designs and manages operational support for The King's College as a partner institution.Reporting to the Director of Enrollment, the Assistant Director of Admissions serves as a regional recruiter who can dialogue with prospective students and parents about The King's College. This role requires strong interpersonal skills, an excellent ability to relate to and establish relationships with prospective students, a self-starting attitude, and an ability to communicate vision to others. As Assistant Director, this role also collaborates with the Director of Enrollment in setting a recruitment strategy for their territory. This role will include additional responsibilities such as (but not limited to) assisting with communication strategy, participating in visits (both virtual and in person) and other projects as needed. This is a US remote based position located within the state of California. All applicants must be able to work in the United States, demonstrate comprehensive geographic knowledge of the assigned US region for which they reside, and be able to travel frequently within their assigned territory. SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIESThe Assistant Director of Admissions will at various times be responsible for the following as well as other related duties as assigned to support the business objectives and purpose of the Company and The King's College.

  • Responsible for guiding applicants through the enrollment process through territory management.
  • Proactively building and maintaining relationships with prospective students and parents via phone calls, emails, texts, and video chats.
  • Meet and exceed weekly and monthly call/email/text goals.
  • Passionately and persuasively communicate the vision of King's to prospective students and families.
  • Exhibiting excellence in client services by understanding and addressing the concerns of students and families and maintaining those key relationships
  • Counsel families through the Financial Aid process by answering questions about and troubleshooting problems with FAFSAs, scholarships, federal aid programs, and private loans.
  • Communicating both the value of a King's education in tandem with the options available for paying for it.
  • Uphold our standard of customer service by maintaining quick communication turnaround time while effectively addressing the questions and concerns of students.
  • Proactively connect with high schools, guidance counselors, coaches, youth leaders, etc. to promote King's and build long-term relationships with key schools and clubs.
  • Attend in-person and virtual college fairs and conduct events to meet prospective students.
  • Supporting communication strategy through planning, building, and sending email communication.
  • Supporting the Guest Experience Team in the operations of Inviso Visit Days.
  • Plan, organize, and execute special recruiting/orientation activities as assigned.
  • Support high school students interested in dual enrollment on-campus classes and find creative ways to grow the program in your territory.
  • Analyze complex engagement data to find gaps in current communication plan and innovate new systems and strategies to fill those gaps.
  • Commit to continual growth and learning and support teammates by sharing best practices, resources, and knowledge.POSITION REQUIREMENTTo be successful in the Assistant Director of Admissions position, individuals must be committed to developing, maintaining and demonstrating the following:Education and Experience: --- Bachelor's degree--- Excellent verbal and written communication skills --- Highly motivated, outgoing, and goal-oriented --- Ability to work in a fast-paced, changing environment --- Proficient with Microsoft Word and Excel and in Salesforce administration--- Up to 50% out of state recruitment travel (fairs, school visits, relationship-building trips, etc.) as needed to reach the goals of the territory and team--- Periodic travel to campus in NYC as needed (visit weekends, training, off-site planning meetings, etc.)--- Candidate must align with the values & mission of The King's College--- Employees of TKC Operations Inc. are expected to sign the Statement of Faith provided by The King's College.
