Job Description:

The Outpatient Physical Therapist is responsible for assessing patients' strengths and weaknesses and creating effective treatment plans. This role requires maintaining patient confidentiality and creating a positive, encouraging environment to help patients achieve their goals. The therapist will utilize their training and skills to aid in healing, recovery, pain management, and functional independence.     • Bachelor's or Master's Degree required, Doctorate degree preferred
    • Licensed Physical Therapist in the state of practice
    • CPR License
    • Experience/knowledge with an EMR software is preferred
    • Excellent oral and written communication skills What You'll Do:
      • Collect and record patient care data in accordance with regulations
      • Prepare and conduct patient evaluations
      • Establish and modify treatment plans as needed
      • Provide education/training to patients and support system
