Role E Description: Job Summary: Plan and Develop programs to
improve patient care and employee performance. Monitor performance
for patient care, assess units w with nurse managers and
communicates and assists w with any corrective action. Develop
Record keeping system to record medication errors/counselling.
Schedule staff will not be working approved Agency Public
Holidays.Assistant DON Role Experience Required: 2 years of
Behavioral Health expSkills: Required Skills & Experience: -Seven
(7) years of experience is required Five (5) of which were in a
supervisory role.Preferred Skills & Experience: -N/AEducation:
Required Education: -Bachelor's degree in Nursing from an
accreditated Nursing Program. Preferred Education: -Masters degree
in Nursing. Required Certifications & Licensure: -RN
License.-Primary Source Verification of License and Registration of
