What You'll Do:
News Corp seeks a highly motivated, well-rounded, and hands-on HRBP
to join our Human Resources team. This role is responsible for a
wide range of people-related activities as well as interaction and
consultation with our employees and managers.
This position will support and execute on all facets of HR
including employee relations, total rewards, learning and
development, talent acquisition, performance management, etc. In
this role, you must be able to build trusted relationships with
managers and employees and effectively coach and influence the
business in various areas. You will use data to identify trends,
determine the root cause of issues, and help influence and guide
managers and leadership with recommendations on how to improve
performance, retention, and employee experience.

Pay Range: $95,000 - $200,000
