Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement a strategy to ensure smooth and efficient
supply chain operations
Oversee and mentor a team of four supply chain professionals
Manage co-manufacturing partners and negotiate contracts for
optimal terms and pricing
Required Qualifications:
5+ years of supply chain management experience in co-manufacturing
environments
Extensive experience managing supply chain teams, vendors, and
co-manufacturing partners
Strong understanding of co-manufacturing contracts and negotiation
skills
Analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities
Belief in the company's mission and products
