Osmo, a subsidiary of BYJU'S, is transforming how children learn by merging tactile exploration with innovative technology. Used by over 30,000 schools worldwide, their award-winning, accelerated learning system is changing the way children interact with games.

They are looking to add an experienced Senior Vice-President of Educational Sales to develop and implement their U.S. sales strategy. The ideal candidate will be both a strategist and an executor who will guide and develop an expanding team of sales professionals to enable schools across the country to transform the way students in grades preK - 5 learn.

Major Responsibilities
Partner with the leadership team to develop, align and execute the company's high growth strategic roadmap as it relates to selling to at the school district level
Define and execute a sales plan that establishes a benchmark direct sales direction and delivers rapid and sustainable revenue increases
Lead sales planning and business development, and provide quarterly updates, revisions, and modifications
Streamline sales processes while structuring and resourcing the sales team for growth
Review and scope improvements to internal business models to accelerate sales cycles and increase volume of sales qualified district-level leads
Mentor and coach internal team members to improve sales capabilities and outcomes while building new lead conversion/generation strategies
Actively leverage current networks and establish new relationships to build sales pipeline
Review and revise end-to-end customer engagement process
Develop and share professional and market knowledge
Collaborate as an essential member of the sales leadership team

Preferred Qualifications
Several years' experience in consultative K-12 sales, ideally selling to preK-5
Several years' experience leading and motivating high performing sales teams within a complex, strategic sales environment
Start-up experience
Demonstrated ability to continuously increase effectiveness of team, recognizing opportunities for creating new systems, structures, and processes
Ability to set and monitor accurate revenue targets and operational KPIs while collaborating with the management team to inform commercial OKRs
Demonstrated ability to deliver an outreach strategy
Ability to travel domestically (post COVID-19)
Bachelor's Degree or higher
